Andre Miller scored 18 points off the bench on Friday, hitting 6-of-10 shots (6-of-6 FTs) with two rebounds and four assists in 29 minutes.
Miller is a low-end PG play in 12-14 team leagues, but owners can probably do better looking for a player with higher upside in those formats.

Andre Miller came off the bench for 11 points and seven assists in Tuesday's win.
Despite Ty Lawson finally playing at an all-star level, Miller is averaging 12 points and six assists over his last three games, making him worth a deep-league look.

Andre Miller scored 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting with four rebounds, eight assists, and two steals in 25 minutes off the bench on Friday against the Pacers.
Miller is hanging onto borderline 12-team value on the year in 8-cat leagues, and he takes a substantial hit in 9-cat leagues because he handles the ball so much. Ty Lawson hit just 1-of-10 shots tonight and was generally ineffective, leading to Miller's big night against a poor Indy second unit.

Andre Miller had a team-high 19 points off the bench, adding five rebounds, seven assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in 26 minutes on Thursday.
This was easily his best game of the year and he shot a pristine 7-of-9 from the field tonight. He probably won't see another night like this one and certainly prospered from Ty Lawson struggling. Miller has 6.8 assists per game, so he's still worth owning in most formats.

Andre Miller contributed 15 points, five rebounds and eight assists as the Nuggets held on for a double-OT win vs. the Warriors on Saturday.
Extra periods against a Warriors team playing without Andrew Bogut? Predictably, the Nuggets' boxscore was full of gaudy lines, and we're not reading much into any of them. Miller remains a marginal option as long as Ty Lawson (nine points, 10 assists) is healthy.

Andre Miller had 10 points, seven rebounds, five assists and two steals in 32 minutes off the Nuggets bench on Wednesday.
Only Ty Lawson and Andre Iguodala played more minutes than Miller, which is a bit surprising. Miller's motor is eventually going to slow down and his fantasy value will tail off, but based on his first game of the season, it looks like he's at least worth a look in most leagues.

Andre Miller said he plans to be "a little bit more aggressive" this season.
Miller noted that Al Harrington, who was a scorer in the second unit last season, is now in Orlando, but the veteran PG expects to "continue to make plays and continue to be a teacher" while on the floor. There isn't a ton of upside with Miller, but owners will know what they're getting toward the end of the draft. He averaged 9.7 points, 6.7 assists and 1.0 steals last season while playing about 27 minutes per game.

Andre Miller won't play in Monday's preseason game against the Warriors in order to get a day of rest.
Miller is one of the league's most experienced point guards and there's no reason run him too hard before the season starts. He might be worth a late flier in deeper leagues, simply because he'll still get assists while backing up Ty Lawson.

The Nuggets want Andre Miller to "shoot it" when he's open on the offensive end.
Known primarily as a distributor and facilitator, Miller "embraced" the 3-point shot last season. We wouldn't quite justify it to that extent as he still managed to shoot just 21.7 percent from deep, but Miller was also adjusting to a bench role last year. He's a career 20.5 percent shooter from downtown and will never be a threat from distance, but it does bump his fantasy appeal slightly that the team wants him to search for his own offensive opportunities.

Andre Miller's new contract with the Nuggets calls for only two fully guaranteed seasons.
Miller's deal will pay him $5 million per season in each of the first two years, but only $2 million of the $4.625 million in year three is guaranteed. Should Denver be looking to trade him at that point, it should help to open up the market slightly. For now, he'll return to the Nuggets to serve as Ty Lawson's backup but should play between 27-30 minutes like he did during the 2011-12 campaign.
