Senzel is out of the lineup for Sunday's game at Pittsburgh.
EDGE Analysis
Senzel is 5-for-33 through 36 plate appearances and will head to the bench after making three straight starts. Stuart Fairchild, TJ Friedl and Jake Fraley will start from left to right in the outfield Sunday.

Senzel is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rays.
EDGE Analysis
Upon returning from the injured list last Thursday, Senzel proceeded to start in each of the Reds' last six games, moving between center field and third base. Senzel batted just .190 over those contests, and though he'll take a seat in the series finale, the 27-year-old still looks like he'll receive a trial in a near-everyday role while Spencer Steer (knee) is day-to-day and while Joey Votto (biceps/shoulder) remains on the injured list.

Senzel will start at third base and bat seventh Monday versus the Rays.
EDGE Analysis
Senzel has started all five games since being activated from the 10-day injured list, with the previous four coming in center field. He's gotten off to an underwhelming start, going 3-for-15 with one extra-base hit and a stolen base. Senzel has also played some second base in addition to third base and the outfield, so he could be picking up some additional position eligibility in fantasy leagues.

Senzel (toe) was activated from the 10-day injured list Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Will Benson has been optioned out by the Reds in a corresponding roster move. Senzel tallied a homer and two doubles during his seven-game minor-league rehab stint with Triple-A Louisville and has a path to regular playing time in the Reds' outfield, but the 27-year-old former top prospect has mostly been unproductive in the majors over the last handful of seasons. He'll start in center field and bat sixth Thursday against the Phillies and lefty Bailey Falter.

Senzel (toe) will report to Triple-A Louisville on Tuesday to begin a rehab assignment, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Senzel is expected to see time at a few different positions once he returns to the Reds from the injured list, and it's likely he'll see time all over the field during the rehab assignment. Assuming good health, he should rejoin Cincinnati by the middle of April.

Senzel (toe) is expected to play a utility role when he returns from the injured list, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Senzel is likely to play both third base and the corner outfield spots when he begins a rehab assignment, and those are very likely the positions he'll play with the Reds, as well. The second pick of the 2016 MLB Draft has struggled to stay on the field thus far, and his career .240/.303/.360 slash shows that he hasn't been particularly effective when he has.

Senzel (toe) was placed on the 10-day injured list Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Senzel did wind up appearing in a few Cactus League games at the end of spring camp, but he still has a bit more work to do as he recovers from a pair of surgeries for a left toe fracture. He should be an option for the Reds by mid-April if all continues to go well.

Senzel (toe) started Thursday's spring training game at third base and played three innings, going 0-for-1.
EDGE Analysis
Senzel will begin the season on the IL, but when he's eventually activated it doesn't appear he'll be stepping into the starting lineup. Instead he'll be a utility player, getting time in center field, third and second. Third base is where he actually played in college, though he's always been blocked there at the big-league level.

Senzel (toe) will make his Cactus League debut Wednesday against the Padres, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Senzel isn't starting the game but will come in off the bench as the Reds ease him into action. The outfielder has been brought along slowly this spring following a pair of surgeries on a fractured toe. He'll remain in extended spring training while the Reds head north before eventually starting a rehab assignment with Triple-A Louisville. Senzel is expected to play center field, third base and possibly some second base while on his rehab assignment.

Senzel (toe) is listed as a reserve on the Reds' roster for Wednesday's Cactus League game against the Padres, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Reds haven't confirmed that Senzel will definitely play in the game, but he does appear poised to make his Cactus League debut. Senzel has been slow-played this spring while working his way back from a couple surgeries on his fractured toe and seemingly hasn't progressed as quickly as hoped. However, he's game-ready now and while he'll begin the season on the injured list, a return at some point in April looks likely.
